In the rural settlement of Male Rodne (Municipality of Rogaška Slatina) we have for sale a small, family house with a garage and little barn. The buildings are sold together with mostly flat land in the total size of 5,954 m2, on which there is enough space for a landscaped garden, fruit trees (apple, pear, plum, fig, peach, walnut) and a pond. There is always enough water in the tank and the excess goes into the stream. Water is thus free, maintenance is in its own domain, and adequate flow is ensured by means of a hydrophore. Both the public water supply and the telephone connection are nearby at the neighboring house (a connection to the optical cable running along the road is also planned). The sewer is arranged as a septic tank.
