We are selling newly built house.  Approx. 12 km from the city center of Maribor, accessible by regional road or highway. The house will be finalized in April 2024.

It is suitable for couples or families, all infrastructure is nearby ( kindergarten, school, shopping centers, a health center and all other necessary infrastructure).

The heating will be underfloor throughout the entire surface, except for the storage room under the stairs. The heat pump will be Vaillant, with the option of heating and cooling. Central ventilation from the manufacturer Paul will be implemented.

Finalization:

Ceramics will be laid in the sanitary facilities, of the middle price class, cc 25 €/m2. Both Vileroy&boch toilets and a Geberit flush-mounted kettle will be installed. A bathtub, shower cabin, sinks and all faucets will be installed. The sanitary rooms and the technical room will have ceramic floors, the floors in the other rooms and the staircase will be covered with ready-made parquet glued with two-component glue. Internal doors with handles (white or beech) will be installed. The terrace will be covered with Lexan panels. The floor on the terrace will be covered with cobblestones. 

The surroundings of the house will also be arranged. Asphalt is planned in front of the houses. Two parking lots will be marked under the canopy. Next to the canopy, there will be a shed measuring 8.6 m2.

The house has a plot of land measuring 425 m2, fenced on three sides. Greening will be done right in the spring. Connection to electricity, water and sewage will be arranged.
