We are pleased to present a new construction project of four semi-detached houses (8 units) that are being built in an excellent location in Sostro.
Each unit has two floors (ground floor + first floor) and differs in interior and exterior area as well as in interior architecture. Units A and D have stairs at the entrance, while units B and C have stairs in the middle of the interior space; the layout of the rooms is also different.

CONSTRUCTION:
The construction is carried out with bricks and reinforced concrete earthquake-resistant elements. The load-bearing walls are 30 cm thick and reinforced at the corners. The roof is flat with a slope of 2%.
The buildings will have extremely low energy consumption, thanks to the high quality of thermal insulation and thoughtful orientation of living spaces that allows for maximum utilization of solar energy. PVC windows with triple glazing will be installed. Heating will be provided by an air-water heat pump through underfloor heating, and later a connection to the public gas network will also be possible.
Small wastewater treatment plants are planned in the project, but due to the construction of public sewage in the vicinity, it may be possible to connect to the public sewage system next year.
The buildings will be separated by a fence.

The project is located in the center of Sostro, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The advantage of the location is the quick access to all necessary infrastructure within a radius of approximately 1,000 m, including a primary school, kindergarten, store, post office, library, sports center, gas station… Nearby there are bus stops for LPP (13, 24, 26).
The motorway entrance is about 3 km away, and the center of Ljubljana is 9 km away.
In addition to good access to the city, the location is also distinguished by its proximity to nature and green areas, allowing for quality and peaceful living.
